The prevention piece stresses in order to identify the most dangerous crossing areas along the client’s property by foot, vehicle. The search and rescue aspect focus on deploying security teams to those areas along the client’s property where the terrain and dangers involved with the crossing may lead migrants to become lost or incapacitated. The Observation and Reporting is done by taking up positions on high terrain and watching the surrounding area for activity then reporting that activity back to the rear. The apprehension is done by legally detaining those migrants who enter illegally on client’s property as stated by state law. By making our presents known to those in the (A/O) Area of Operation will create a significant deterrent. Smuggling drugs / Sex trafficking interdiction is simply taking all six elements and putting them in play.
Detailed Description of Scope of Services:
During the hours of darkness security will be conducting listening post and observation post (To detect noise / movement) Night Patrols will also be conducted in the same manner as for day light hours.
Security will upon contact with civilian population and foreign nationals will announce themselves with the intent to stop and temporarily detain those to ascertain why they are in the Area of Operation and to ensure that proper apprehension of Smuggling drugs, Human Smuggling-Sex trafficking, illegal crossing is being prevented on client’s property only and turned over to law enforcement as needed. Medical evacuations will be performed on a needed basis. Personal Pat downs will be conducted to prevent hazardous items inflicting harm on the security personnel.
