All detentions are conducted strictly in accordance with Arizona state law and only on private property. Our personnel clearly identify themselves, temporarily detain individuals only to determine the reason for their presence, and coordinate hand-off to law enforcement when required. Medical assistance and evacuation are provided when needed.
